Overview

This policy explains what information is processed when you use Qingyang Images and how the site operator handles that information.

Files You Select

The image tools are designed to run in your browser. When you select an image, your browser reads the file to create previews and processed outputs. Selected files and generated images are not intentionally uploaded to Qingyang Labs or Vercel for processing, and we cannot access or recover them.

Browser object URLs, previews, and generated download links are temporary resources in the current page session. They are not retained by the website as server-side file storage.

Website Usage and Technical Information

Hosting, security, and network infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referring page, and request timestamp.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand website usage and performance. Depending on the service and request, Vercel may process page URLs, referrers, country-level location, browser and device categories, operating system, network type, performance metrics, timestamps, and a short-lived visitor hash. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and its visitor hash resets daily.

Browser Storage

Qingyang Imagesdoes not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If you use the theme control, your selected theme is saved in your browser's local storage under the key "theme" so the website can remember that preference. You can remove it by clearing this website's browser data.

Information You Send Us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, investigate a request, and maintain necessary records of the communication.

How Information Is Used

• To provide the browser-based image tools;
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
• To measure aggregate usage and real-world website performance;
• To prevent abuse and maintain service reliability; and
• To respond to questions, privacy requests, and legal concerns.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, technical, security, analytics, and performance information is processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating, protecting, and improving the website. Theme storage is used to provide the preference you request. Email correspondence is processed to respond to your request and for our legitimate interest in maintaining appropriate support and legal records.

Service Providers and International Processing

Vercel Inc. provides hosting, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights. Vercel may process information in the United States and other locations where it or its service providers operate. Its data protection and international transfer terms are described in the Vercel Privacy Notice and Vercel Data Processing Addendum.

Sharing and Selling

We do not sell selected images or generated outputs, use them for advertising, or share them with data brokers. Technical information is processed by service providers that help operate and protect the website. The current website does not include advertising pixels, account tracking, or payment tracking.

Retention

• Selected images and outputs are not intentionally retained by the website.
• Analytics, performance data, and infrastructure logs are retained according to the applicable Vercel plan, product settings, and operational requirements.
• The theme preference remains in local storage until you change it or clear the website data.
• Email correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, or legal purposes.

Your Choices and Rights

You may avoid selecting a file, remove files from a tool, clear browser data, or close the tab at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Because analytics data is designed not to identify you directly, we may be unable to associate an analytics record with you. We will not collect additional personal information solely to identify you unless applicable law requires it.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect the website and the limited information processed through it. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the website or its service providers change. The date above will be revised when an updated version is published. This policy will be updated before analytics, advertising, accounts, payments, or other materially different data uses are enabled.
