These Terms govern your use of Qingyang Images. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service Description
Qingyang Images provides free, browser-based tools for compressing, resizing, cropping, converting, encoding, rotating, and otherwise processing images. The tools are designed to process selected files locally in your browser. The Service does not provide storage or backup for your files.
Your Files and Rights
You retain your rights in the files you select and the outputs you generate, subject to any rights held by others in the source material. Only process files that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to process. The site operator does not acquire ownership of your selected files or outputs.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person;
- Process content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- Introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website;
- Disrupt, overload, or impair the website or its infrastructure; or
- Use automated access in a way that creates unreasonable traffic or interferes with other users.
Copyright Concerns
The Service does not host files selected by users. If you have copyright concerns about text, graphics, or other material published on this website, identify the affected material and explain your claim in an email to support@qingyanglabs.com. We will review sufficiently detailed notices and take appropriate action where required.
Output Review and Backups
Processing results may vary by browser, device, source file, selected settings, and format support. Review each output before relying on it and keep backups of important original files. You are responsible for deciding whether an output is suitable for your intended use.
Availability and Changes
Features, supported formats, limits, and processing behavior may change as the Service evolves. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service, including when necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or technical reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every file, or that every output will meet your requirements.
